Recently the company ServiceScore handed out awards to Swedish companies that offer the best service. Flygbussarna Airport Coaches was awarded first place In the category “Transport on land”.
When the company ServiceScore for the seventh year in a row measures how Swedish consumers experience the service they get, it is Flygbussarna Airport Coaches that receives the highest reviews in category “Transport on land”. Arlanda Express and Swebus were also nominated in the category.
During several years Flygbussarna has worked purposefully with customer experience and to give the passengers a personal and friendly service. To work with an increased customer focus in all parts of the company and to view the whole customer journey has given new valuable insights.

The company ServiceScore appoints, for the seventh year in a row, the companies, authorities and organizations that are the best at giving service. The winners are based upon the answers from a national representative survey where over 3300 persons of the ages 18 – 79 years have answered questions about how they experience the service level of different companies.
