Destination Gotland

Take the coach to Destination Gotland's ferries in Nynäshamn

Destination Gotland runs a ferry service between Nynäshamn and Visby. From Stockholm, you can take the Flygbussarna boat coaches direct from Cityterminalen in central Stockholm to the ferry terminal in Nynäshamn. We have a cooperation with Destination Gotland, and the service is adapted to fit directly with all Destination Gotland ferry departures and arrivals.

DeparturesStockholm–Nynäshamn Direct coaches always depart from Stockholm, Cityterminalen 1 hour 45 minutes before the ferry's departure from Nynäshamn. No prebooking required. Tickets are sold at the Flygbussarna cash desk at Cityterminalen.

Nynäshamn–Stockholm Coaches depart approximately 15 minutes after each ferry arrival. The journey time is approximately 50 minutes in normal traffic conditions. The coach from Nynäshamn also stops at Gullmarsplan/Globen.

Ticket regulations

Two children up to 11 years travel free of charge with a full fare paying adult. If one adult travel with more than 2 children, full price is payed from child number 3.

No youth-, student- or senior-discount.

*Extra onboard fee for tickets purchased onbard the bus.

Passengers without a prebooked ticket can travel with the bus if there are seats avaliable from Nynäshamn to Cityterminalen in Stockholm.

The Flygbussarna ticket desk at Cityterminalen

Boat coach tickets to Nynäshamn can be purchased at the Flygbussarna ticket desk at Cityterminalen. The ticket desk is open Monday–Sunday 03:15–19:30, Saturday until 19:00.


Ticket machines at Cityterminalen

Ticket machines are located by gates 2, 3 and 5.


On board the coach

It is only possible to purchase tickets on board the coach with a charge card, and if seats are available. An additional fee of SEK 30 is charged on purchases made on board for the route Nynäshamn–Stockholm.

When booking your boat ticket at www.destinationgotland.se, or by telephone on 0771 22 33 00, Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday–Sunday 08:00–18:00.

  • All of our tickets are valid for 3 months.

  • All of our tickets are valid in either direction on the chosen route.

  • If you buy serveral trips at the same time, they will be saved on the same ticket. You can use the same scanning code several times.
