Refund of ticket bought offline in a ticket machine or ticket desk

Please fill in the contact form below including the ticket booking number. Also mention your bank information. If you have a foreign bank account please state your SWIFT/BIC (Bank Identifier Code) and IBAN number. Our form is encrypted and safe to use for bank information. The ticket must be valid when your request is sent to Customer Service. Refund terms >>

If your ticket does not have a booking number we kindly ask you to send it in original to the address stated below.

Apply for reimbursement

You must contact us within 30 days of the current event in order for us to handle your case. To be able to apply for reimbursement of bus tickets (online and offline) the same criteria that is stated above applies.

To apply for reimbursement of alternative transport please send in any receipts and tickets in original to the address below.
