In order to process your case we need to be contacted within 30 days after the ocurred event. To receive a refund, the ticket must be valid when Flygbussarna receives it.
Please use our web form below. If you are claiming a ticket refund and you don't have a booking number, you need to send the original ticket to us by mail (address below). If you have a booking number, please add it in the web form. Do not forgett to add it to the mail, the refund will be made to the account used when you bought the ticket.
