Terms and conditions of travel

• The passenger is responsible for his/her own baggage
• A bicycle may be brought along without extra cost and if there is space, however it must be well-packaged, no parts such as handlebars and pedals may protrude.
• Dogs, cats and smaller house pets may be brought on board without extra cost. Animals must be on a leash or/and sit in a bag or cage and must ride in the back of the bus.
• All prices are including the now applicable 6 % statutory VAT.

We reserve the right to eventual price increases during the valid timetable period, this applies to all prices.

We reserve the right to any changes to the times and lines which can occur during the valid timetable period

No ticket refund. The ticket is valid 3 months from the date of purchase. The ticket is non-personal and can be used on any departure on the chosen bus route

During the extraordinary circumstance du to the large ash cloud from the eruption of a volcano in Iceland the following terms are valid: unused tickets that still are valid will be repaid, with an administration fee of 20% of the ticket price. You can also exchange your unused ticket to one that is valid for another time. Return tickets that have been used one way can not be refunded. Please contact info@flygbussarna.se
